Refund and Returns Policy

Everyone is unique as people and unique in any issues we may encounter. For this reason, our return policy is to work with each individual to create the right solution to their concern. If you encounter an issue with our products, please contact us within 30 days and we will work together to come up with a solution that is best for you.

Due to most of our products being perishable, we do not take returns. That doesn’t mean we can’t take care of your issue! Replacements and refunds are an option if your item arrived in less than perfect condition.

Please be advised that refunds can take 5 to 10 business days. Although we do get replacement items in the mail ASAP, we are at the mercy of the post office. Fortunately, the Post Office is pretty good most of the time.
